198 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 198 platform. Please read it carefully before registering an account or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. This latest version of the terms supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 198 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 198's services.
To register and use this platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or above the legal age limit prescribed by the laws of your jurisdiction;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited;
- Register only one personal account in your own name — multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
198 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to refuse or terminate access if any of the above conditions are not met.

2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
When registering an account with 198, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any details needed for the verification process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current should any changes occur.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Attempting to register multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 198 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 198 support team immediately. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until you have formally reported the incident to us.
3. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 198 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include Boost eWallet, Touch'n Go eWallet, and transfers via Malaysia's FPX internet banking.
- Minimum deposit varies depending on the payment method and current promotions
- Funds are credited almost instantly for digital wallet deposits
- FPX deposits may take 1–10 minutes to process
- 198 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party wallet providers
- Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed
- Processing time is typically 1 to 24 business hours
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- 198 reserves the right to hold suspicious withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, including unauthorised chargebacks or payment fraud, will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
4. Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
By using the 198 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 198
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions in an unauthorised manner
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about 198 or other users
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations while using the platform
- Gaining unauthorised access to systems, databases, or other users' accounts
- Using the platform for money laundering or any financial criminal activity
- Transferring account balances to other users or selling an account to a third party
- Abusing the customer support system with false or repeated unfounded complaints
198 reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, should any of the above rules be violated.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
198 Liability Limits
The 198 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors. 198 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet connectivity failures, or actions by third parties beyond our control.
198's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
198 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of these terms and conditions;
- Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud;
- Requests from law enforcement authorities;
- Account inactivity for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.
For accounts closed for reasons other than a breach, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses whose conditions have not been met) will be refunded to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 198 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of 198 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 198.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 198 platform may include links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 198 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
198 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
